The device cannot operate normally after an abnormal power outage during OTA upgrade. What should I do?

If the OTA upgrade failed due to a power outage, you can perform a local upgrade using a TF card:

1️⃣ Prepare a TF card formatted to FAT32
2️⃣ Copy the upgrade program into the root directory (not inside any folder) →
3️⃣ Power off the camera, insert the TF card, and then power it on again →
4️⃣ Wait for around 2 minutes; the device will automatically upgrade and reboot →
5️⃣ After reboot, power off, remove the TF card, and power on again to confirm it works normally.


Why does the camera image turn purple or show white spots?

1️⃣ The lighting environment is too dim, causing the IR-CUT to switch but the color mode not to adjust properly.
2️⃣ Light reflection or refraction from nearby surfaces may affect the color—try adjusting the camera angle or position.


Why is the camera image blurry?

1️⃣ If there’s fog inside the lens, place the camera in a ventilated area with indirect sunlight to remove moisture.
2️⃣ Excessive heating during operation may affect image components like the CMOS.
3️⃣ Poor lighting without HDR/WDR enabled can also cause blurriness—try turning on HDR or WDR.


Why does the camera show halos or flickering lights?

1️⃣ Strong light is shining directly into the lens.
2️⃣ Internal or external reflections are creating halos—adjust the camera angle to reduce glare.


Why is there delay in one-way or two-way intercom?

Check the network condition. If PTZ rotation or real-time video also lags, the network latency is likely the cause. Try switching to a more stable WiFi or 4G connection.


Why is there noise in intercom audio?

1️⃣ Audio interference near the microphone or speaker.
2️⃣ Hardware issue with the microphone/speaker—please contact our technical support.


Why are AI functions (motion detection, sound detection, human tracking, etc.) not working?

1️⃣ The function may not be included in your device model—confirm with the manufacturer.
2️⃣ The detection sensitivity may be set too low.
3️⃣ The camera’s view may be blocked.
4️⃣ Note: the default alarm notification interval is 1 minute. The same type of alarm will not trigger multiple notifications within 1 minute.


The night vision or IR-CUT is not switching properly.

1️⃣ The surrounding brightness may not meet the triggering threshold.
2️⃣ Incorrect or disabled night vision mode.
3️⃣ The IR-CUT or fill light hardware may be malfunctioning—please contact the manufacturer.
4️⃣ Confirm whether the device uses hardware or software light sensing to determine the cause.


Why can’t I connect the camera to NVR or video management software?

1️⃣ The ONVIF protocol may be disabled. Contact Anjia Smart to enable it.
2️⃣ Incorrect NVR connection settings. Default parameters:
 • Username: admin
 • Password: 123456
 • Port: 8000 or 8899
 • Stream type: H.265 (ensure your NVR supports this format)
3️⃣ The IP address must match your local network settings.


Real-time video preview is delayed, frozen, or fails to load.

1️⃣ Unstable network or insufficient bandwidth may cause lag.
2️⃣ Try switching to SD mode for smoother viewing.
3️⃣ Ensure that multiple devices are not streaming simultaneously on the same network.
