Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Foreign Trade Sales professional with a background in electronics, small appliances, or 3C digital products. The ideal candidate will actively participate in global business development, customer negotiation, and order execution, while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing the company’s marketing systems, processes, and standards.
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet performance goals.
Participate in international trade shows and marketing events to expand customer networks.
Categorize customers, manage sales channels, and conduct business negotiations.
Coordinate production schedules, shipments, and handle exception issues.
Manage payment collection and settlement.
Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships.
Attend internal training sessions to enhance sales and product knowledge.
Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements
College degree or above; CET-4 or above.
At least 2 years of experience in electronics / small appliances / 3C digital products.
Familiar with foreign trade operations, order tracking, and logistics procedures.
Proficient in Excel, Word, ERP, and other office software.
Majors in Business English, International Trade, or Logistics are preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and ability to work under pressure.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of the project’s power transmission system, ensuring high-quality output according to structural development processes.
Perform finite element simulation analysis to assess product stress and fatigue performance.
Conduct technology research and innovation to overcome technical limitations and improve existing solutions.
Oversee the full product development cycle including sample building, mold development, trial production, and mass production — resolving technical issues and coordinating improvements.
Prepare, maintain, and archive technical documentation and reports.
Collaborate across departments and support structural-related engineering tasks.
Job Requirements
5+ years of experience in power transmission system design and development, especially in precision and complex transmission structures; experienced in gear reducer design & mass production.
5+ years of experience in finite element analysis (FEA) for stress and fatigue, able to identify design risks early and support optimization — with proven mass production launch cases.
Strong foundation in mechanical theory, with the ability to conduct structural analysis, define materials, and specify manufacturing processes for transmission components.
Capable of motor selection based on product requirements, and experienced in coordinating with motor suppliers.
Familiar with mold structure and manufacturing processes including injection molding, die casting, stamping, and machining — plus assembly processes and surface treatments.
Deep understanding of consumer product structural development, with strong control over key process milestones.
Proficient in software tools such as Pro/E or SolidWorks, KISSsoft, ANSYS or ABAQUS, and CAD; solid foundation in GD&T, tolerance analysis, and CPK.
Strong execution, responsibility, and communication skills; proactive and able to work under pressure, including overtime and business travel.
Preferred: Experience in robot transmission systems or work experience with well-known transmission module manufacturers.
